Meet with Julie, sign contracts. We will schedule interior and drone photography if we haven't already.

Meet with Julie and discuss the offer or offers on your home. Together, you will decide if you want to counter, accept, or reject.

The offer you accepted may have inspection or appraisal contingencies. Julie will be in contact with you to schedule and explain what happens if something comes up with inspection or appraisal.

You may close virtually or in person. Congratulations! You've sold your home!
